Terms for using this public story companion.

1. Purpose and audience

The site provides information about Little Wildways stories and optional conversation ideas for parents, caregivers, educators, librarians, and other adults. The website is not an account-based service and does not invite children to submit information.

2. Editorial information, not professional advice

Age ranges, themes, prompts, and activities are editorial suggestions. They are not medical, psychological, legal, safeguarding, or educational advice and do not promise a learning or developmental result. Adults remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate for their child, group, setting, and organization.

3. Original content and permitted use

Little Wildways stories, characters, artwork, scripts, guides, site copy, and branding are owned by the operator or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may browse the site, link to its public pages, and use a published question or activity in a live, noncommercial family, classroom, or library conversation. This limited permission does not allow you to copy, republish, upload, sell, license, modify, train a model on, or create derivative works from the stories, images, transcripts, guides, or branding without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• interfere with the site, hosting, or security controls;
• use automated requests in a way that creates unreasonable load;
• attempt to access unpublished material, credentials, or systems;
• misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by Little Wildways;
• remove rights notices or present site content as your own; or
• use the site or its content unlawfully or to harm others.

5. YouTube and other external services

Public story pages may link to YouTube, Pinterest, or another external service. Those services are independent and governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and age requirements. A link does not transfer control of that service to Little Wildways.

6. Corrections, availability, and changes

The operator may correct, revise, move, or remove site content and may suspend the site for maintenance or security. Reasonable care is taken in preparing public material, but uninterrupted availability and the absence of every error cannot be guaranteed.

7. Responsibility

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the site is provided as available without additional warranties, and the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or an external service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
